Our house is officially back in school mode:
My son started 6th grade, my husband’s back in his classroom—and me?

I’m slipping into study mode too.

Not with textbooks or lunchboxes…
But with my notebook, a hot drink, and a big block of quiet time each morning.

Why? Because my experience design certification exam is around the corner.

And while part of me still wants to cling to summer’s unstructured days…
another part feels deeply ready to focus again.

But here’s the real reason I’m sharing this:

Sometimes we wait to feel “ready” before we dive in.
But more often? The rhythm returns because we start showing up.

This morning, I reviewed one short section of my notes. That was it.
And it revived the feeling I had when signing up, the excitement of finally finding the missing piece that would make sense of my creative mission!

And I remembered something I always forget until I’m back in it…

🎒 XP tip:
Study isn’t just for passing tests.

Sometimes, studying your own patterns—what energizes you, what drains you, what you keep circling back to—is the most powerful work of all.

If you’re feeling a little foggy this week, maybe your creativity is just waiting for a gentler kind of focus to return. Not the pushy kind. The kind that says: let’s be curious again.

I'll be dropping a few of these study-inspired sparks inside my emails, and bigger insights inside The Nest this month—little things I’m reviewing as I go.

But today, I just wanted to say:

If you’re not feeling “there” yet—you’re in good company.
September’s barely unpacked her bags.

But if your creativity’s been pacing the hallway, arms crossed, waiting for you to notice her?

👉 This might be your cue to show up. Even for five minutes. Even messy.
No perfect schedule. No big plan. Just you, deciding to stop ghosting your creative spark. 😏

Thanks for being part of my journey,

Stéphanie

P.S.: What’s something you secretly want to study again—just for the love of it? Hit reply and tell me. No expectations, just curiosity 🌀

P.P.S: If you’re the kind of creator who thrives on cozy structure, gentle nudges, and a bit of behind-the-scenes magic… The Nest was built for you. Literally.

I would really appreciate your help with this! It will make it so much easier for me to fix and improve everything that needs attention. Thank you!
