I make printables and editable templates that refuse to sit quietly in a downloads folder. You can use them yourself… or rebrand and sell them as your own. Some spark creativity at home and create little screen-free moments. Others help creators turn simple ideas into products they can actually share with the world. And these days, I also help thoughtful creators spot the hidden friction between effort and results — because sometimes a small shift is all it takes to get things moving again!

Hello and welcome to my experience design lens series, Reader 👋 Not theory. The parts most people don’t see. Looking for a previous issue? They are all available to read on my website. 🔍 🔍 🔍 Today's a little different. No pattern reveal this time! More behind the scenes. When I started what I now call the Evidence Log… I just wanted a simple way to not lose track of what was happening. To feel like I was actually moving forward. Because if I’m honest… But I couldn’t clearly see if any of it was working. And that’s a frustrating place to be. Because when you can’t see your own progress… Should I keep going? So I started capturing small pieces of evidence. Nothing fancy. Just: “What actually happened today that moved something forward?” After a few weeks… Patterns showed up. Some of them were reassuring. Things I didn’t even realize were working. But others were harder to look at. Moments where I stayed too long in something that wasn’t moving. And the uncomfortable part? None of this was new! It had been there the whole time. I just wasn’t seeing it clearly enough to do anything about it. That’s the real cost. Not lack of effort. But spending weeks… sometimes months… And once you start seeing it? You can’t really ignore it anymore. Decisions get simpler. Not easier. But harder to avoid. I didn’t build this thinking it would become anything. Not a product. It was just me trying to solve something for myself. But the more I used it… Moving. So I turned it into something you can use too. Simple. Still evolving. But already doing the job. 👉 Start clearing the fog one entry at a time. PS: The hardest place to be is not stuck. It’s moving… without knowing if it’s working. 👉 https://stephiethehappymom.com/evidence-log/ . === . NOTE: I'm moving things around in the backend to make room for a new project. Can you help me spot "bad experiences" regarding my site, your members' area, communications, or whatever? I would really appreciate your help with this! It will make it so much easier for me to fix and improve everything that needs attention. Thank you! === . Disclosure: From time to time, I will include links in the emails that would include promotions for my own products or affiliate products, meaning I get paid when you buy the product. However, I only ever mention products I love and would recommend whether I was being compensated or not. Always use due diligence when buying anything and remember, what works for me may not always work for you! Thank you so much for your support of Stephie The Happy Mom!
