Hello Reader 👋 Is this the name you would like to be greeted with? I had good intentions to get back to you sooner, but again, family life got me busy. Don't worry, I'm not the first one surprised 😆 My goal is to get back into the habit of emailing you regularly, starting by once a week this summer. But now, I find myself rushed for time because my sister is about to pick me for our annual girl camping weekend 🏕️ Given Abraham Lincoln's quote, that might be just what I need to avoid overthinking the content of today's email... Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.
So now, let me quickly explain my headline. A few weeks ago, I found myself becoming increasingly overwhelmed as I struggled to manage everything and the pressure became unbearable. I felt a great sense of guilt for what I was unable to accomplish, and the challenging task of determining what to prioritize in my daily routine was truly draining. Things have to change for sure! It was then that I realized which tasks I naturally prioritized and that I didn't really miss the rest (I'd definitely rather spend the day at the park with my son than be on the lookout for all the new promotions going on in our community!). I'll be honest with you - since I adopted the Joy Of Missing Out (JOMO), I haven't quite figured it all out yet (my income has dropped drastically), but at least my sanity has improved significantly. I'll be happy to share my progress with you over the following weeks, and for now... I'd love to hear from you!
Cheers to summer fun! Visit your member's area It's Day 1. ALL IN. P.P.S.: Need some mindset tough love? Here's what I got for myself 💪 Disclosure: From time to time, I will include links in the emails that would include promotions for my own products or affiliate products, meaning I get paid when you buy the product. However, I only ever mention products I love and would recommend whether I was being compensated or not. Always use due diligence when buying anything and remember, what works for me may not always work for you! Thank you so much for your support of Stephie The Happy Mom!
