I make printables and editable templates that refuse to sit quietly in a downloads folder. You can use them yourself… or rebrand and sell them as your own. Some spark creativity at home and create little screen-free moments. Others help creators turn simple ideas into products they can actually share with the world. And these days, I also help thoughtful creators spot the hidden friction between effort and results — because sometimes a small shift is all it takes to get things moving again!

Hello and welcome to my experience design lens series, Reader 👋 Not theory. The parts most people don’t see. Looking for a previous issue? They are all available to read on my website. 🔍 🔍 🔍 Over the last weekend, I went back to something I created a while ago. Fully expecting to let it go. Instead, I saw something I hadn’t seen before. Not a new idea. The same thing. Just… differently. And it made me realize something a bit uncomfortable... It’s very easy to misjudge the value of your own work. From the inside, you see everything that’s missing. What could be better. So you assume the problem is the thing itself. But from the outside? People don’t see what’s missing. They just see what’s in front of them… “Is this for me… or not?” And if that’s not obvious… they don’t stay long enough to figure it out. So what do most people do? They move on! Create something new. Without realizing they might be sitting on something that already works… Pattern #5: The Hidden Value ProblemThis is where things get expensive. Not in effort. You’re already putting that in. But in time. In missed opportunities. But 2 dicussions switched the flip for me during the weekend. Inside Barrington’s group, the invitation was simple: Nothing fancy. But it forces a different question for me: “What if the problem isn’t what I created… but how it’s being experienced?” Around the same time, I had a few conversations with Melissa. And we kept coming back to the same thing: You don’t need something new. That’s where the gap is. And most of the time… people don’t realize that’s the part they’re missing. PS: If you want to look at this more concretely: Different angles. Same underlying shift 💪 . === . NOTE: I'm moving things around in the backend to make room for a new project. Can you help me spot "bad experiences" regarding my site, your members' area, communications, or whatever? I would really appreciate your help with this! It will make it so much easier for me to fix and improve everything that needs attention. Thank you! === . Disclosure: From time to time, I will include links in the emails that would include promotions for my own products or affiliate products, meaning I get paid when you buy the product. However, I only ever mention products I love and would recommend whether I was being compensated or not. Always use due diligence when buying anything and remember, what works for me may not always work for you! Thank you so much for your support of Stephie The Happy Mom!
