I make printables and editable templates that refuse to sit quietly in a downloads folder. You can use them yourself… or rebrand and sell them as your own. Some spark creativity at home and create little screen-free moments. Others help creators turn simple ideas into products they can actually share with the world. And these days, I also help thoughtful creators spot the hidden friction between effort and results — because sometimes a small shift is all it takes to get things moving again!

Hello and welcome to my experience design lens series, Reader 👋 Not theory. The parts most people don’t see. Looking for a previous issue? They are all available to read on my website. 🔍 🔍 🔍 This week in the printable lane, I talked about strengthening the spine. Removing arms. Today I want to go underneath that. The gap. The gap between what you believe you are offering Most creators cannot see that gap from the inside. You are too close to the work. You know what you meant. But buyers do not experience intention. They experience flow. And friction is rarely loud. It hides in: Services that look good but do not convert. The gap is where money gets stuck. If sales feel slower than they should, there is a gap. When I refined the Snapshot over the past few weeks, this became the core promise: To look at the gap between what you are offering and how people are experiencing it, and remove the friction standing in the way of you making more money. Not adding more ideas. Sharon, a teacher's mentor, sent me her first reaction after receiving hers: “It feels like the missing thread to my tapestry is in place. The action step feels right and in alignment.” She told me she was laughing because the next step became so obvious! Clear. That is the point. Clarity should not feel like pressure. Here is what most multipassionate creators do when something is not working: They create another product. Yes, they move. And without diagnosis, you are designing in the dark. The extended beta price of the Snapshot closes tomorrow at noon EST. After that, it remains $97 until the next phase. If you have been observing quietly and sensing there might be a gap, this is the clean moment to look at it directly. And if now is not the time, take this with you: Where might there be a gap between what I think I am offering and how it is actually being experienced? That question alone changes how you design. If you've got any questions or if you're feeling stuck and not sure how to get past that plateau, just shoot me an email! I'm here to help! Your business does not need more arms. It needs a stronger spine. PS: Most friction is invisible to the person who built the system. That is not a flaw. It is proximity. Diagnosis is what restores perspective. 👉 https://stephie-the-happy-mom.kit.com/products/your-next-money-move-v2?promo=LASTCALL47 === NOTE: I'm moving things around in the backend to make room for a new project. Can you help me spot "bad experiences" regarding my site, your members' area, communications, or whatever? I would really appreciate your help with this! It will make it so much easier for me to fix and improve everything that needs attention. Thank you! === Disclosure: From time to time, I will include links in the emails that would include promotions for my own products or affiliate products, meaning I get paid when you buy the product. However, I only ever mention products I love and would recommend whether I was being compensated or not. Always use due diligence when buying anything and remember, what works for me may not always work for you! Thank you so much for your support of Stephie The Happy Mom!
