Love it! You're my people 🤩 As small business owners, experiences, especially those that are really bad or really good, are great teachers. They increase our awareness so that we can improve the ones we create for our own customers. So this week, I invite you to reflect on the most amazing customer experience you have ever had 🤩 Where was it? Who were you with? What happened? What was the main thing that made the difference? How did it make you feel? How can this experience inspire you to improve the one you offer your customers? ​ Feel free to hit reply and share your story with me as well!
