I make printables and editable templates that refuse to sit quietly in a downloads folder. You can use them yourself… or rebrand and sell them as your own. Some spark creativity at home and create little screen-free moments. Others help creators turn simple ideas into products they can actually share with the world. And these days, I also help thoughtful creators spot the hidden friction between effort and results — because sometimes a small shift is all it takes to get things moving again!

Hello and welcome to my experience design lens series, Reader 👋 Not theory. The parts most people don’t see. Looking for a previous issue? They are all available to read on my website. 🔍 🔍 🔍 Yesterday, I got a message from Desiree. (She was the very first to experience my Snapshot, my little diagnostic consultation to help creators see the gaps in their offers.) She’d just launched her Parent & Play Giveaway, so I asked her how it felt to put everything out there now that she’d done some clarity work. Her reply made me smile: “Honestly, that front page — ‘You’re selling the ingredients, not the meal.’ That hit first. Everything that followed… you were right. It’s so much clearer now. It led me to reorganize things so people say, ‘This is where I belong, this is my path forward.’” Yeah. Because here’s the thing, when you’re deep inside your own work, you get it. You know what it is. But for someone landing on it for the first time? They’re just thinking: “Is this for me?” If that’s not obvious right away.... That’s what Desiree saw, and what she fixed. She stopped selling the ingredients — the bits and pieces — and started serving the meal: the transformation. That’s when things click. Now, once you start noticing how some creators make it ridiculously easy to step into their world… while others make you work for it… you can’t unsee it. That shift changes everything. But fair warning: This might ruin how you look at every sales page from now on. You've been warned. 😏 PS: It’s a weird little mindset flip… but once it lands, it’s impossible to look at your work the same way again. 😏 PPS: If you take a look, you’ll probably see a lot of good stuff in there: . === . NOTE: I'm moving things around in the backend to make room for a new project. Can you help me spot "bad experiences" regarding my site, your members' area, communications, or whatever? I would really appreciate your help with this! It will make it so much easier for me to fix and improve everything that needs attention. Thank you! === . Disclosure: From time to time, I will include links in the emails that would include promotions for my own products or affiliate products, meaning I get paid when you buy the product. However, I only ever mention products I love and would recommend whether I was being compensated or not. Always use due diligence when buying anything and remember, what works for me may not always work for you! Thank you so much for your support of Stephie The Happy Mom!
